A long day. Not necessarily complaining, but it was a long day.  After work we went to doing for an organization Ira’s involved in and I met a lot of really nice people. We supposed to bowl, but didn’t. I didn’t feel up to it and I’m getting to be more and more of a homebody as the years go by. To top it off, my new pink mittens were missing when we went to get our coats. Damn! I loved them. Hope they keep someone warm though.

Been catching up on Medium every night. We were about 10 episodes behind! That’s actually fun to do because I hate waiting for a week to go by to see what happens next! Haven’t been watching Nancy Grace – I can’t tolerate all the crap about Tiger Woods monopolizing her hour. What a waste – she’s filling the airwaves with crap that’s nobody’s business and not keeping missing children, or child-related court trials in the news. It really bothers me because she has the power to do good things, and she’s wasting all those airwaves! Still waiting on Desperate Housewives and Brothers and Sisters to return. I’m absolutely dying to find out what’s going on with those two shows – and yes, I’m also waiting on Greys Anatomy and Private Practice to get back as well! Remember? Homebody!

I’m going shopping with my sister on Sunday. That should be fun. It’ll be nice to sit and chat with her without any interruptions.

Jeren got his driver’s license today. If you can believe it, the state lost any record of him ever having one. I know, because I brought him to get his first one.  But some glitch in the system happened and after his wallet was taken he went to get a new one -only to find out, there was no record of him ever having anything other than a permit. Poor kid. Ira told him to retake the test and he flunked it! He was mortified, until today when he took the test again, and of course passed. I’m just glad that’s over!

Better get to bed. Don’t wanna be late for work.
